PRICES
All transactions are made in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Our prices are subject to change. You can find the applicable prices by updating our website.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free for all orders within Sweden. Your order is usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
If an order is placed to an address outside Sweden, but within the EU or within EFTA, shipping costs SEK 149. Your order is then usually delivered within 3-6 working days.
If an order is placed to an address outside the EU and outside EFTA, shipping costs SEK 199. Your order is then usually delivered within 6-10 working days.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made through Paypal, and with debit and credit cards. Unfortunately, payments cannot be made with Diners debit and credit cards, nor with Swish. If you pay through Paypal, the shipping cost is added only after you have left Paypal and is deducted directly from your account.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the law on distance contracts and off-premises contracts, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item and then get your money back. We will refund the entire purchase price to you as soon as we have received the item or items (unused and undamaged) you have returned, at the latest within 30 days, provided that you have written, e.g. via email, provide us with the order number and name of the item(s) you want to cancel, and have sent the items back unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to us and that the item or items are not damaged during this shipping. Please contact our customer service before returning any item.
PRODUCTS
We make every effort to ensure that the colors and images shown on the website correspond to reality as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will be the correct ones.
We reserve the right to limit the sale and/or availability of goods and/or services. Decisions on restrictions are made on a case-by-case basis and can e.g. apply to geographic areas, particular jurisdictions, generally or if particular patterns are exhibited. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time. In those jurisdictions where a product or service is illegal, our sales or service offers do not apply.
We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, information or other materials that you purchase or acquire from us will meet your expectations.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse orders if we deem it necessary. It could be about limiting or denying purchases made per person, per household, per order, per account, per bank/credit card or to the same address. In the event that we refuse any order, we try to inform the parties concerned via email, phone or letter, given that we have access to these contact details.
You certify that you provide correct, updated and complete information to us in connection with purchases or when you otherwise use our website. This includes contact information, so that we can contact you if necessary. We will not sell or otherwise misuse your personal information. We may not endorse or agree with content made available in these contexts, and we make no guarantees that apply to third parties. If you submit suggestions, ideas or materials to us, including as part of competitions, you grant us the unrestricted right to modify, use and distribute these materials.
